You are invited to join the "Steeleworkers" to dump Dingell from Congress! Dr. Rob Steele, republican candidate for Michigan's 15th District U.S. Congressional seat currently held by John Dingell is looking for a few more people to join the team of folks working the phones at the Ann Arbor Fix Michigan Center in Ann Arbor on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

The phones are available to the campaign both days, starting at 5:00p.m. and running until 9:00p.m. Come alone, or bring a friend or a group. Stay for an hour, or stay for the entire shift if you have the stamina! The campaign will have people on hand to help you get started and answer questions. There are also usually goodies available for the volunteers.

The Fix Michigan Center is located at 2245 S. State St., Ann Arbor, MI 48104 - on the second floor of the McKinley Executive Center. Look for the McKinley Executive Center sign on the east side of the road, about one mile north of the State St./I-94 interchange and Briarwood Mall.

We are returning to the Big House this weekend where an undefeated University of Michigan football team will square off against an undefeated Michigan State team.

Our tailgating activities will, once again, be in the Triangle Lot which is between Crisler Arena and Stadium Boulevard.  We will be hosting a number of distinguished guests this week including:

  * Eric Cantor from Virginia's Seventh Congressional district.  Eric is the Republican Whip in the U.S. House of Representatives and is widely mentioned as one of the Republican Party's "Young Guns"
  * Justice Robert Young who is an incumbent candidate for the Michigan Supreme Court
  * University of Michigan Regent, and Regent Candidate Andrea Fisher Newman, and ...
  * Many Steeleworkers from the Rob Steele for Congress campaign, including the candidate himself, and ...
  * Many local candidates who will be taking the opportunity to meet with folks and advance their campaigns

Game time Saturday is 3:30 PM, and we think that most of these folks will be showing up between 1:30 PM and game time.

Whether you are planning to attend the game or not, you are more than welcome to drop in and join us in our efforts to promote Republican Victories this November.

See you there!
